Overview
The Neuroscience Center at Vejthani International Hospital brings together neurologists and neurosurgeons from different subspecialties. It provides outpatient and inpatient assessment and treatment for conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves.
Care includes neurological consultation, neurosurgery, pain management and neurodiagnostic investigations, with services for both planned care and neurological emergencies.

Neurology and stroke care
Assessment and management of ischaemic, haemorrhagic and other stroke presentations, headaches, facial pain, vertigo, syncope and chronic pain.
Movement, memory and seizure disorders
Care for Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, dementia, behavioural concerns, diabetic neuropathy, epilepsy and sleep disorders.
Neurosurgery
Assessment and surgery for brain and spinal cord tumours, brain and spinal injuries, with interventional pain management and neuromodulation.
Neurophysiological investigations
Routine and 24-hour video EEG, polysomnography, electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
Neurovascular ultrasound
Carotid Doppler and transcranial Doppler investigations.
Brain and vascular imaging
CT, MRI and 3D MRI, magnetic resonance angiography, selective cerebral angiography and CT angiography.
