Overview

The Spine Center at Vejthani International Hospital provides care for back and neck pain, herniated discs, nerve compression, spinal deformity, injury and complex spinal disorders. Spine specialists and allied healthcare professionals coordinate an individual treatment plan from assessment through rehabilitation.

Available technologies include MRI, CT, O-arm imaging, surgical navigation and intraoperative neuromonitoring. Care ranges from physiotherapy and image-guided injections to endoscopic, microscopic and other surgical approaches, depending on the patient’s condition.

Assessment of spinal conditions Care for herniated discs, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, spondylosis, scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis and spinal nerve compression.

Spinal injury and complex disorders Assessment of spinal fractures, spinal cord injuries and dysfunction, osteoporotic compression fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal infection and tumours.

Non-surgical treatment Physical therapy, transforaminal epidural steroid injection, selective nerve root blocks, facet blocks and radiofrequency ablation.

Minimally invasive spine surgery Endoscopic and microscopic discectomy or decompression, together with other minimally invasive fusion and decompression approaches.
